The Peat Inn
The original building has served down the centuries as a coaching inn, a hotel, a pub and a restaurant. Throughout these changing incarnations, The Peat Inn has an uninterrupted history of offering hospitality for around two hundred and fifty years. Today, it is a Michelin starred restaurant with rooms, owned and run since June 2006 by husband and wife team Geoffrey and Katherine Smeddle.
The Adamson
In the heart of St Andrews at 127 South Street, The Adamson is the perfect place to eat, drink and socialise. The Adamson's menu has been developed by their, and is inspired by classic, brasserie cooking with a contemporary twist. A fresh take on dining, using the finest, locally-sourced produce.
The Seafood Ristorante
Newly refurbished and under new management. The Seafood Ristorante has the best location in town, with views across St Andrews Bay. They serve the freshest locally caught seafood with an authentic Italian Twist.
Playfair’s Restaurant
A long established restaurant, recently refurbished. Offering high end, casual dining in a friendly atmosphere. The A La Carte menu offers a tempting range of dishes from steaks and locally caught fish to venison.
Little Italy
A real favourite, located in the centre of St Andrews Little Italy offers a varied selection of Italian dishes. Advance booking recommended.
